Playing catch up!

My blogs about Nora have dropped off dramatically this month...sorry!!  Nora's so much more active now that I have a hard time getting away from her to do a blog post plus I am EXHAUSTED when she goes to sleep.  Also, this semester of grad school is wrapping up so I've had a lot of projects and group meetings too.  Anyway, no more excuses.  Here is a bit of catch up from the last 2 weeks.

This girlfriend is everywhere!!  She is crawling like crazy and pulling herself up on everything.  She's even standing for 5 seconds or so at a time by herself.  And she does it totally by herself...not me helping or encouraging her even.  I see her doing it when she thinks I'm not paying attention to her :)  Love how independent she is...until she is in kitchen emptying the pans from under the over or taking the colanders out of the cabinet and banging them on the floor.  Guess it's about time for those cabinet locks, right?  She makes the most hilarious faces too...what a kid :)

Nora's also been sick...boo!  Her first real "cold" with the congestion, runny nose, not sleeping well, and a fever :(  Pobre cita!  She pulled through just fine though after giving her mommy a few sleepless nights.  No complaints though!  She's worth it!  She's still go the runny nose but she's feeling much much better!

I think Nora's favorite thing is Logan!  She loves when he's over to play.  She follows him around and wants to play with whatever he's playing with.  She does this to Amelia too though...maybe she's just selfish :)  But she does love Logan, so she enjoys any day that they are here.  But she gets mad at her Auntie Mimi...she takes things away :(  Mean Auntie Mimi...doesn't let her drink Logan's chocolate milk!  haha.

We all know that Logan loves the alphabet, and he's been singing the ABC song a lot lately.  I have an app on the iPad with the ABC song and Nora dances to it!  She loves music, which makes me very happy!!  I can't wait to start playing Christmas music for her...soon!!!!

Mimi and I are so excited for the holidays...it'll be here soon!  I have some really cute ideas for our Christmas pictures and we'll be putting up the Christmas tree on Thanksgiving.  Lets see how Nora does with that.  I'm kinda scared!
