Pumpkin Carving Time!

Shawn will be out of town later this week for a few days and I have class tomorrow, so we decided that today needed to be pumpkin carving day!

We took Nora to the little pumpkin patch at the church down the street and let her pick a pumpkin.

She enjoyed wandering around and looking at all the pumpkins and occasionally trying to pick one up...of course, only the big ones!

She wore one of Logan's old shirts...it's a 3T so it's a little big.  We had to roll the sleeves up!  But she's wearing her first pair of real blue jeans!  I found some at Target that actually fit her!  They're a bit long, so we had to roll up a cuff at the bottom, but not too bad! She looks so cute in them!

Look at that adorable little bottom!

Overall, she had a nice time and we picked out a nice pumpkin for her!  The carving was fun too!  She enjoyed watching us scoop out the "guts" and then she and daddy had a little sensory time with the "guts" while I carved the pumpkin.  We picked a pattern from Jake and the Neverland Pirates, of course!  Turned out pretty good!
