My First Mother's Day!
I spent it at work. Boo. At least I work with some wonderful people and a lot of our families brought us snacks (Shipley's Donuts and Tiff's Treats Cookies!!). We had a great day at work but I have to admit, I was thrilled when it was time to go home so I could hold my sweet girl! I arrived home to a house full of people too, because Mimi & Ian were over with the kiddos! We all had dinner and I got to see my nephew and niece for a little while too!
We knew that I would be working for Mother's Day, so we planned ahead to get together for Chinese food and a Cookie Cake at Mimi's house on Friday. It was such fun!!

Nora had to take a picture with her Abuelita! They did get to spend Mother's Day together since Mom has been watching Nora while I work. They love their weekends together!

She got tired of her dress so we switched to a Cubs onesie and tried out the Bumbo. She liked it! We'll be using this more often I think! Logan thought it was pretty cool too have Nora sitting up like this. He was completely intrigued! When I took her out he picked up the Bumbo and brought it to me, pointed at her then back at the Bumbo. He wanted me to put her back in so he could play with her. Such a sweet little guy...loves his cousin and his sister!
Shawn even had Nora "sign" a card for me. I have the sweetest family ever!
