We started our vacation back to the Midwest on Sunday night. We drove through the night (Nora slept) and then drove all day. It was a long drive and Shawn did most of the driving while I sat in back with Nora. She did awesome!!
We made it to Columbus, Indiana and spent Monday night, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning with Shawn's parents. Nora had a great time with her grandparents, and even Uncle Pat came to visit too so he could meet his niece!
Grandpa got me this awesome teddy bear from his work! He's got a Cummins sweatshirt on :)
I had to try on Uncle Shane's cool headphones...
I wasn't too sure about Grandpa at first, but by the time we left he was my buddy!
We took a quick trip over to IU too, which was awesome!! We were so close so I had to take Nora to check out my old stomping ground. We ate lunch at Dagwood's (yummy sandwiches), got some pics at the Sample Gates and then I bought the kiddos some IU clothes. Wait until you see the rompers I got for Nora and Amelia...so freakin' cute!!
We had a great time and Nora misses her Grandpa and Grandma already! We're off to continue our Midwestern adventure, but we'll see them again on Saturday.
