Ten months old!

Nora is now ten months old!!

Nora is still my sweet chubby girl, but she is getting tall and starting to slim down a bit.  She still has some super chub legs, but I wouldn't want it any other way!!

Weight: 27 pounds 3 ounces

Length: 29 inches

Head: 19 inches

This little lady is changing so fast now...I can barely keep up!  She crawls super fast and pulls herself up on everything, which has been resulting is more bruises, scratches and banged head.  She's a trooper though! She gets into everything, constantly! The cabinets finally have locks because she emptied Marcie's treat cabinet one day and she constantly pulls out the Dixie cups from under the bathroom sink!  You can't turn away for a second.  She gave her Abuela a scare on Sunday evening when she got a hold of some hand sanitizer and figured out how to open it and proceeded to drink a bit!  So the first call to poison control is out of they way.

I think the best new thing is her little attitude.  She has discovered that she doesn't like it when we take things away from her and boy does she know how to lay on the fake cry/whine!  She's an expert already!  It is actually pretty funny.  She is still a super happy baby, all smiles and she laughs a lot!  Especially at Logan!  He is so good at making her laugh.  She has also started dancing when you sing and also along with music on the TV.  It is adorable!  I am trying to get a video, maybe tomorrow.

She is such a busy, inquisitive girl.  Always investigating and learning new things.  You can see her mind working when she is holding something new and trying to figure out what to do with it and what it does.  I love it!  Unfortunately, this little busybody has decided she doesn't have the patience to breastfeed anymore :(  She still breast feeds in the morning, and occasionally at bedtime, but that's all.  Sometimes when I try she bites too!  Not fun for me!  Luckily she does fine with bottle, but it's sad for me because I'm not ready to wean her yet.  I guess it just another sign that she's independent and in control of everything now :)  I'll get my life back one day, right?
