Nora loves her daycare! Some days when I'm off work I will ask her if she wants to stay home with me and she will say, "No. I go to school." She loves her teacher, her friends, the playground, the ball room (indoor play area), and all the crafts and books! She is quite the bossypants and I love it!
Her school had a really nice Thanksgiving lunch a week or so before Thanksgiving. All the parents were invited and seeing as it was on a week day at 11am, I was surprised how many families came! We had a blast sitting at tiny tables in tiny chairs eating Thanksgiving lunch with Nora and her friends.
She decided she wanted to take some pictures too...
Nora's school had a Christmas Program a couple of days ago. The kids in her class were going to sing a song for us, there would be snacks and crafts, and the kids had all made ornaments at school that they were going to decorate the school tree with. And....Santa was going to be there!
Nora would not sing with her class. She wouldn't even sit with them. She sat in my lap while her class sang Jingle Bells. What a poopy pants! She did enjoy her cookie though and crafts! Then it was time to meet Santa! She's been talking a lot lately about meeting Santa and what she's going to ask for. She even said earlier this week that she would talk to him.
She changed her mind.
She made a really cute hand print reindeer ornament and decorated the school tree. Maybe she'll be brave enough to talk to Santa next year. Maybe.
