Baby Shower #2

The girls from work threw me the nicest shower yesterday!  Nora had specific instructions from Sally to hang out until the shower...no being born before 37 weeks.  She held on....now I'm ready for her to be out!!  Come on little one.  Everyone is ready to meet you :)

Everyone who was able to come make the trek from North Austin (or Round Rock or Pflugerville) down to BFE in South Austin (haha)  was able to see our house as well.  So everyone got a tour of Nora's room that I've been working on so hard for the last few months.  It's ready for her!  The girls brought lots of yummy food.  Mexican.  One of my favorites and Lindsay made some delicious cupcakes, and they were beautiful too.  I work with some talented ladies for sure!  A lot of people from work wanted to come but couldn't so they all contributed toward some gifts for Nora.  There was some really awesome stuff too!  The travel system we registered for is all ready for me to put together today.  

Leanne made Nora a beautiful quilt!  I can't believe she took that time...but I love it!! 

J. Loh got Nora her first bathtub...as well as a bunch of other necessities (like diapers, wipes, and bibs) as well as her signature gift, a Wubbanub.

Sally made these cute bags for the gifts from the group.

Thank you all for the gifts and food and the wonderful time!  You all are too generous and I couldn't ask for a more wonderful group of coworkers!  You all are a huge part of reason I love my job so much!

Sally brought her son Joseph to play with Logan.  Joseph just turned 2 in December so he's only about 6 months younger than Logan.  They actually played together...very good for Logan!  He shared even.  I was impressed.  Joseph's favorite person was Shawn though.  I think Joseph found a new bff :)  He even made Shawn get in the tent with him!

Mimi and I have been wanted to take some belly pictures together and so we finally did.  Here is my 37 week belly with some adorable shoes from Lynne.  I can't wait to put Nora in these.

Marcie thoroughly enjoyed herself at the shower.  She is totally wiped out!  She barely moved from this spot for the hour after everyone left, slept like a log all night and after her morning adventure in the backyard she's back to sleep on the couch.  She LOVED her visitors though.
