Today was Nora's first well-baby visit to the Pediatrician. She did great!!
Weight: 8 lbs 9oz (77% percentile)
Dr. Garza said she looks great! She looks a tiny bit jaundice, but nothing significant to there won't be any need to check her bilirubin level. Otherwise, everything is great. She's peeing and pooping and she's already growing back toward her birthweight, which is awesome! We'll go back to the see Dr. Garza on Valentine's Day for her second newborn screen (she won't like that!)
We decided to give her a bath today too. We were going to yesterday, but the day got away from us! She did not really enjoy her bath much, but we did! Here are a few of the pictures.
We also did some tummy time after Logan got here. Logan and Marcie enjoyed that too :) She seemed to enjoy her time on her tummy. My friend Leanne from work made Nora the beautiful quilt that we used for her tummy time blanket.
Look at how sweet Logan is just watching her...and pointing at her too. He does that a lot! When Mimi asked today if he wanted to come visit Marcie he said no (which he never does) but she asked if he wanted to come see the baby and he nodded!!! He likes his cousin!
Of course Marcie had to be right there watching Nora closely. She stayed super close the whole time. She's gonna be such a good friend for Nora!
